Why did my order get canceled?
We are working hard to bring a unique, boutique shopping experience to you. Because most of our designers are small, local and up & coming, the fashions that we carry are not mass produced or carried from season to season and on occasion we may run out of stock in a particular item or color. Although it is rare, if we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Which credit cards do you accept?
151boutique.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

How do you ship?
We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We only deliver to addresses within the United States.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available for purchase and use online only. We offer gift certificates in the predetermined dollar amounts featured on our site. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase. Gift certificates are delivered electronically via e-mail, with no shipping charges. Gift certificates purchased via this website are for use here only. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for the store, please contact our store directly.

How can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from 151boutique.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to 151boutique.com. If a shipment is refused, you will not be refunded for the purchase. If you choose not to keep your order, please return your merchandise as a return to the address above.


When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at 151boutique.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within ten business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from 151boutique.com.
