We hope you're happy with your purchase but in the event you need to return an item, returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags) within 20 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns of handbags, dresses and other items must have the 151 Boutique original tags attached. If these items are returned without the 151 Boutique original tags, they will be sent back to the customer.


**Enjoy FREE RETURN SHIPPING when you use our pre-paid UPS domestic return label and choose to have your return total refunded in the form of 151 Boutique store credit.**


If you would like for us to refund your original payment method and use our pre-paid domestic return label, we will deduct $8.95 from your return total. If you do not use our pre-paid return label, no return fee will be deducted. If you opt to use your own shipper, we suggest that you use a traceable carrier.


Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your package at our warehouse.



151 Boutique offers fast and easy online returns. Follow these steps to return an item:


1) Log into "Your Account." Click on the "View Previous Orders" and, under the "Order Status" section, find the order for which you want to create a return and choose "Order Details" Then click the "Request a Return Merchandise Authorization" button. Items returned without an RMA number will be sent back to the customer.


2) Choose the item(s) you would like to return and fill out the reason for return section. Note: You MUST indicate which form of return you prefer. Either store credit with free return shipping, refund of original payment method with shipping label or refund without shipping label. RMA requests without a method of return selected will automatically processed as store credit with free return shipping.


You can check the status of your RMA request through the "View Previous Orders" area of your account. If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.


Please DO NOT return products until you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.


3) If you choose to enjoy our Free Return Shipping, a shipping label will be e-mailed to you in a separate e-mail after you receive your RMA number.


4) Pack the return and the return confirmation page in the original package, if possible. The return confirmation page is required for accurate return processing.


5) Tape the return label securely to the box.


6) Take your package to any UPS location or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business. Find your nearest UPS location at www.ups.com/dropoff.


All of our items are in pristine condition when shipped, should we feel that the items are returned in a worse state as when they left, we reserve the right to not accept your return. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All marked-down items & bath and body items are FINAL SALE.


Note: Returns that are received without the return confirmation form included will be processed as 151 Boutique store credit.
